Quality systems in practise
  1. In house well equipped laboratory to test purity of MnO2, Fe, SiO2 Activity ,Voltage, pH etc.
  2. Total quality control works handled by B.Sc. graduate Ms Shilpa Ballikar along with Technical aid by all directors.
  3. Daily online inspection and checking of each and every incoming raw material along with online finished goods are done. Incoming materials are also cross evaluated through M/s Italab Goa Pvt. Ltd.
  4. For finished goods online sample is drawn of about 10 grams from every 10 Kgs M/c output and shift wise blended and thoroughly analyzed in the in-house lab.
  5. No rejections are there in online and final stage as all the material is previously checked.
  6. Cross sample of every dispatch are maintained for three months from the date of production and proper records are maintained on a yearly basis.
  7. Outline of quality systems, shift wise purity of the material along with Iron, Silica, pH, Activity and Voltage is checked.
  8. Calibration of instruments are done regularly. 
     

 

 

List of equipments for quality control
  1. Oven for drying the sample to 105°C.
  2. Muffle furnace for testing – SiO2 @ 1100°C.
  3. Dummy cell & Voltmeter to test voltage.
  4. Electronic and Electrical balance to weigh the sample.
  5. Hot plate for heating the sample.
  6. Hot plate magnetic stirrer for titration.
  7. Equipment for testing activity.
  8. pH meter to test pH of the material.
